Excellent service from start to finish. After the initial visit to survey the site the quote was received within a day. The lead time to deliver the units was less than two weeks with installation the following week. Neil turned up at the crack of dawn to get on with the job. We had four heaters in all, and the job was done and dusted in three days. Picken will now be our 'go to' company for any other installations and servicing.

Heating system installation
Excellent service. Found Picken Heating via online search and impressed by the reviews. Martin came out to our industrial manufacturing facility and quoted to install 4off Powrmatic suspended warm air natural gas heaters. Quote received promptly. PO raised, RAMS received and installation booked in. Neil arrived on time and relevant safety inductions/permits signed off. Installation completed in a timely and safe manner, and to a very high standard. Friendly, easy to deal with and overall a pleasant experience. Picken Heating is now our choice for future installations and annual servicing of all heating on site. I would not hesitate recommending to others.

Heating maintenance, Install heating system
Had a unit fitted 3 years ago at another factory and was so pleased with the service and professionalism at a great price we reused them to replace an old heater in our other factory. They are just brilliant reliable good workmanship and nothing is too much trouble. They even moved the new heater after installing as I mistakenly asked them to put in the wrong place. Said we would live with it but they insisted on moving it. Can I say more!!

Heating System Installation
Picken Heating fitted a Powrmatic warm air heater into our new factory building and also replaced a gas fired warm air cabinet heater in our existing unit. Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
We have just had Picken Industrial Heating back to our Factory to relocate two 400KW Ceiling Mounted Gas heaters & to install a 3rd unit
under our new Mezzanine floor. The work was carried out in a 3 day time frame & was done quickly, efficiently & without disruption to our busy factory. The quality of workmanship was once again - Excellent.
The whole job was completed on time & within budget & to the highest possible standard.
We will definitely use Picken's again as & when the need arrises.

Job done!
Too long a story for here. In short needed somebody quick to fix our heater as had been let down by two other companies. Picken recommended to us by Heater manufacturer. First positive was that they returned calls and acknowledged emails. Second positive was that they kept to their appointments. Third positive pleasant people to deal with. In the end we had to get a new heater, however Picken sourced and installed with little fuss. The only reason I have not given them 5 stars across the board is that the heater only went in yesterday and being the cynic I am I just want to see how it goes. However would recommend Picken.
